We collect your email address when you register. During conversations, Sofi remembers key facts you share (such as your name, children's ages, and emotional context) to provide a personalized experience. We store conversation history to enable Sofi's memory.
If you use the Emergency SOS feature, we collect your GPS location only at the moment you activate it, solely to send help to your emergency contacts.
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Sofi service. We use anonymized, aggregated patterns (never individual conversations) for research into maternal mental health. We never sell your personal data. We never share identifiable information with third parties.
Your conversations with Sofi are private. No human reads your individual messages. We may use anonymized, aggregated insights to improve the product.
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland), subject to GDPR protections.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email us at hello@justsofi.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We use a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in for one year. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sofi is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
